No prior experience is necessary! We pride ourselves on being a beginner-friendly gym. Our coaches will guide you through the fundamentals in a safe, controlled environment.
Just bring comfortable athletic wear (t-shirt and shorts/leggings) and a water bottle. We have all the necessary equipment for beginners to get started.
Absolutely. We have specialized programs for 'Ninjas' (4-9) and 'Cadets' (10-17) that focus on discipline, respect, and coordination, alongside our Adult (18+) classes.
